1. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their subscription or service at any time by providing a 15-day written notice via email to sales@dp-smartads.in.

For month-to-month plans, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

For prepaid or long-term contracts, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Policy
Since our services involve time, expertise, and ad spend management, we have a no-refund policy for the following:

Work already completed or campaigns already managed.

Google Ads spend (ad budget paid directly to Google is non-refundable).

Setup fees, consultation charges, or strategy sessions.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

If we fail to launch your campaign within 10 business days of onboarding (due to reasons on our end).

If you qualify for our lead guarantee (4+ leads in Starter, 10+ in Growth & Premium Plans) and do not receive the promised number of leads. In this case, we will either work for free until the leads are delivered or offer a partial refund.
3. Modifications & Updates
DP Smart Ads reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
