While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the lead guarantees specified in our pricing plans. 3. Lead Guarantee Terms

Starter Plan: We guarantee at least 4 leads per month.

Growth Plan: We guarantee at least 4+ leads per month.

Premium Plan: We guarantee at least 10+ leads per month.

If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of leads, the client may request a refund or an extended service period at no extra cost.

The definition of a lead is a verified contact from a potential customer interested in the advertised service. DP Smart Ads is not responsible for lead conversion into sales.
4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments for services must be made in advance as per the chosen plan.

We require a 30-day notice for service cancellations.

Refunds are only applicable if the guaranteed lead count is not met, subject to verification.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and marketing strategies created by DP Smart Ads remain our intellectual property.
